Speaking at the conclusion of the Best Bar None Sheffield 2024/25 scheme Diane Jarvis, Head of Business Operations at Sheffield BID, said:
âI would like to extend my congratulations to all the award winners for this yearâs scheme in Sheffield, but also to the 42 businesses which took part in Best Bar None Sheffield 2024/25.
âA better connected and supportive night time economy, one which truly looks after and delivers for its customers, is one that will attract more people into the city centre. Itâs key that this collective approach is maintained and developed, to ensure we deliver a safe and welcoming environment.â

Following a four-year break, Sheffieldâs Best Bar None scheme was relaunched in 2023 with 26 venues achieving accreditation through the 2023/24 programme.
The 42 venues that achieved accreditation via the 2024/25 scheme represents a 60% uplift in venue participation year on year.
Diane added: âWe are looking for more licensed businesses to get involved in the 2025/26 programme and help to make Sheffield a showcase for the Best Bar None national scheme.â
